      • How to order your custom gobo?

      Step 1: Choose your design / upload a custom design & place your order!
      Use our extensive catalog of designs to find the perfect one for you or your customer. Click here to view design options


      Step 2: We produce your order (within 3 business day)!
      Once your order is fully approved and payment has been completed, we get right to work on creating your order and preparing it for shipment. 


      Step 3: Your order ships!
      Once your order has been cut and packaged for shipment, it’s out the door and on its way to you. You’ll receive a tracking number from either USPS or FedEx, depending on what shipping service you have chosen.

       

      • What is glass gobo ?

      Glass gobos are made from transparent glass with a partial mirror coating to block the light and produce "black" areas in the projected image.

      This eliminates any need for bridging, since the glass itself is the support, and allows more intricate images to be produced. Glass gobos can also include colored areas (much like stained glass windows), whether by multiple layers of dichroic glass (one for each color) glued on an aluminium or chrome coated black and white gobo, or by newer technologies that allow the thickness of the dichroic coating (and therefore the color) to be varied in a controlled way on a single piece of glass, making it possible to turn a color photo into a glass gobo.

      • Why the glass gobo?

      There are two types of gobos: steel and glass.
      Here are numerous benefits with glass gobos, one having a long life span. One more benefit of glass is that complicated images can be generated with very excellent quality. One more advantage is glass will certainly not distort or melt when used continuously.
      Notice: We recommend all gobos with image size outer diameter 37.5mm to fit in glass gobo.

      • How do you define the number of colors for glass gobos?

      1-Color:  white + 1 of colors from the palette

      2-Color:  white + 2 of colors from the palettebackground

      3-Color:  white + 3 of colors from the palettebackground

      Full-Color: any color/gradient color

      • How are projector gobos manufactured?

      We manufacture gobos according to customers' digital artwork files. The files are manually controlled and set up to meet the requirements of a high-power laser and printing. The artwork is then engraved or printed with high precision on special coated glasses.

      • How to choose a suitable gobo projector?

      For each model, we have the best distance for your reference.

      You can choose the power according to your projecting distance and brightness of the environment.

      Then you can decide the features, such as static or rotating indoor or outdoor, etc.

      • What is the turnaround time of custom gobo?

      Custom Size（Any size within 117mm in diameter）: 2-3 working days for production and 3-15 days for delivery. 

      Other Sizes: 2-3 working days for production and 3-15 days for delivery. 

      Rush options are also available for customers that need their custom glass gobo faster (additional Rush Charges may apply).
